1. How much is postage and delivery?
Delivery is via Australia Post's standard parcel service. We usually dispatch your order within 1 day of receiving your order. Delivery times by Australia Post vary, but you should expect to receive your items within 5 business days once your payment has been cleared.
Normal delivery fee is a flat rate of $9.95 for Australia wide deliveries. This flat delivery fee is not valid with some discount vouchers. In these cases, the delivery fee will be the actual cost of postage.
For Pack and Track International airmail, via Australia Post to USA, the delivery fee is $19.70 AUD, up to 2kg.

2. How do I order my training chopsticks from SmartStix?
There are several ways that you can order your training chopsticks from SmartStix:
- Purchase from our online shop, using PayPal.
PayPal is a safe way to pay online using your bank account or credit/debit card. By using PayPal, you can make secure purchases over the internet without revealing your bank or credit card information to the merchant or supplier. Setting up a PayPal account is free.

3. Where can I view the training chopsticks from SmartStix?
You can view our full product range at James Gock & Co CPA, Suite 97, Level 3, 515 Kent Street, Sydney. James Gock & Co CPA is diagonally across from Town Hall Arcade (Kathmandu entrance). Nearest cross street is Bathurst Street.
You may purchase your SmartStix items at James Gock & Co, however, stock quantity is limited in the city. Please contact us if you would like to purchase large quantities, prior to visiting.
4. I don't like ordering over the internet. Is there another option to purchase from SmartStix?
We use PayPal for all our online orders and payments. PayPal is a safe way to pay online using your credit card or bank account. However, we do have other options if you would prefer not to purchase over the internet.
Complete our order form and either post, fax or scan/email it to us.
You can also call us on (02) 8064 1598 during NSW business hours to make your order over the phone. Visa and Mastercard are accepted or an invoice can be sent to you to pay via cheque or direct deposit.
5. Can I return or exchange?
SmartStix is pleased to offer a satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased from us.
Providing goods are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, we offer a 14 day refund or exchange policy (from the original date of dispatch). Please note, we are unable to refund any postage costs.
Please email us at to organise a return/exchange code prior to returning the item to us. Include this return/exchange code with your item and post it to SmartStix, PO Box Q804, Queen Victoria Building NSW 1230.
An additional postage and handling charge of $9.95 will be required for exchanges.
6. Do you have a Fundraising program?
Yes, we can help your preschool, playgroup, childcare centre or other registered charity to fund raise. Email us at for further details. We have several options that you can select from to suit your requirements.
